1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to The Listening Revolution™ (“TLR,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing and using our website [www.thelisteningrevolution.com] (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, programs, and services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TLR or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
- The Listening Revolution™ (TLR) Logo and Name: The TLR name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TLR. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of TLR. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by TLR.
- Program Materials & Book: All materials provided in our programs (e.g., workbooks, videos, audio, toolkits, assessments like the LQ Test) and the content of the book “The Listening Vertex™” are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any program material or book content without our express written permission.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material.
4. Purchases and Refunds
- Fees: Please get in touch with our team for information regarding our fees or to request a price list. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Fees are quoted in INR for India and USD for global customers, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon in writing for specific high-ticket programs.
- Service & Digital Product Refund Policy: Due to the digital, immediately accessible, and cohort-based nature of our Services, we have a strict no-refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the LQ Test, Online Courses, Toolkits, Group Coaching, and Certification Programs. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or the service period has commenced. Please review the program details carefully before purchasing.
- Chargeback Disputes: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute may result in the immediate termination of your access and services. We reserve the right to challenge such disputes with all relevant evidence.
5. Service Modifications
We strive to provide Services as described. However, we reserve the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule any program or service. In such an event, we will provide participants with reasonable notice and options, which may include a pro-rata refund or transfer to a future cohort.
6. Navigate With Care: Professional Disclaimer & Your Responsibility
THIS IS A CRUCIAL CLAUSE. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
The insights in our book, “The Listening Vertex™,” and all associated Services and Products are designed as signposts, not destinations. They are intended to illuminate paths toward deeper listening and connection, not to dictate your journey.
- Academic Rigor & Distinction: All primary research in our materials is properly cited to its original authors. Where composite cases, illustrative examples, or our own interpretive frameworks appear, they are clearly distinguished from established clinical evidence. While every referenced concept springs from rigorous research, your lived experience is the ultimate compass.
- Mandatory Professional Consultation: The frameworks provided are for educational and developmental purposes only. They are NOT a substitute for qualified professional advice. Before applying these ideas, you must consult with the appropriate experts:
- ✓ For workplace dynamics: Consult HR professionals or certified organizational psychologists.
- ✓ For personal/family matters: Seek licensed therapists, counselors, or relationship counselors.
- ✓ For digital communication concerns: Contact cybersecurity experts and review platform policies.
- Essential Understandings:
- Adaptive Framework: These strategies are globally informed but must be locally applied. You should modify them to fit your cultural context, personal circumstances, and comfort level, ideally with the guidance of a local professional.
- Original Synthesis: The integration of various listening and communication frameworks reflects our independent interpretation and synthesis of existing knowledge across multiple disciplines (psychology, neuroscience, sociology, leadership studies). Any similarities to other works or proprietary systems are coincidental and unintentional. This is an independent body of work, not affiliated with or derived from any prior proprietary system.
- Professional Judgment & Liability Waiver: The publisher, author, and The Listening Revolution™ (TLR) expressly disclaim any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential adverse effects, outcomes, or damages arising from your application of the ideas in our materials without appropriate professional supervision. Your use of the Services and Products constitutes your agreement that you alone are responsible for your decisions and actions.
7. Use of Free Tools, Quizzes, and Client Data
- Freemium Tools & LQ Test: By using our Free Tools or the LQ Test, you acknowledge that the output is for informational and self-assessment purposes only. It is not a psychological diagnosis.
- Anonymous Data: We may collect and use the anonymized, aggregated data from all quiz and tool usage for purposes such as improving our services, conducting research, and developing new content. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
- Personal Data: Any personal data you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Marketing and Brand Materials for Corporate & Institutional Clients
This section applies specifically to all organizational, corporate, or institutional clients (“Corporate Clients”).
- License Grant for Logos and Names: Upon commencement of services, the Corporate Client hereby grants TLR a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Corporate Client’s trade names, service marks, and logos (“Brand Assets”) for the sole purpose of identifying the Corporate Client as a recipient of TLR’s services on TLR’s website, social media channels, marketing materials, and pitch decks (the “Permitted Use”).
- Manner of Use: TLR agrees to use the Brand Assets in a professional and dignified manner.
- No Endorsement: The Permitted Use is not intended to constitute an endorsement of TLR’s services by the Corporate Client.
- Revocation of Permission: The Corporate Client may revoke this license at any time by providing written notice. Upon receipt, TLR will have thirty (30) days to cease all use of the Brand Assets.
- Corporate Client Onboarding Acceptance: By agreeing to these Terms during the onboarding process, the authorized representative of the Corporate Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this license grant.
